Ombudsman
The City Ombudsman is designated to provide residents and community members with a staff representative who can review and resolve inquiries. An Ombudsman program is utilized by a variety of government agencies and private organizations.
Historically, an Ombudsman serves as an investigative community liaison between an organization and the public. The program is managed by the Communications Division from the City of Beverly Hills. Inquiry forms may be submitted through the City's online Ask Bev system.
